u mean extracting the music.
u can only do that with advanced software like protools. and u must know what you are doing. you can do it with audacity but its wackkkk.. it wont come out good
does any1 know of a software where u take already made songs by artists that you have and put it to another song already made but just the beat?

Well you can control the volumes of the tracks by using the volume playbar in the track name. You are not able decrease the volume of the backround track while keeping the vocals intact (i.e Vocal removal). This is impossible. Hope this helps and give me a shout if you need any more help. Cb
oh no i mean how do u increase or decreas THE VOLUME of the instrumental or the background music of a track

Hi. Are you asking how you can increase the speed of a track. If you want to do this, disable the track from the global tempo ( click on the little drum icon beside the track name) then click on the segment properties button for that segment and then increase/decrease the play rate of that segment. Hope this helps and give me a shout if you need any more help.
Hi djpash, thanks for the kind words, we appreciate it. Unfortunately, you cannot do any realtime BPM changes. But what you can do is disable the beat syncing icon for the track and set a new bpm in the segment properties. Then you can split the track at certain areas to create a new segement and then set new bpms for each segment. I hope this makes sense. If not give me a shout I can show you in a video.
Guys i am getting use to the software. It is awesome. Better than Ableton in my opinon. Questions…. Can you do realtime BPM changes and real time eq filtering? Ableton does allow you to record these real time…….

How do i decrease and increase the instrumental of a track on trackaxpc?

Hi DJPashn. There is a new version now on the site and I would recommend using it as there are a lot more features including a snap to grid on/off button in the toolbar. In this version, You can bypass the snap to grid by right clicking in the mixing screen and unchecking snap to grid. Or you can zoom into that area you want to cut and then painting a new beginning at that point. I hope this helps and any questions, give me a shout. CB
I am using version 2.0108. This was the default download when i went to your site. I am running windows XP with 1 meg ram.
Also, how can you bypass snap to grind so that you can bring a song with intro on the exact beat? e.g. – 10 sec intro then the kick comes in. I can’t find a way to delete the intro and drop it straight on the beat.
Hi DjPashn. Thanks for downloading trakaxpc. Are you using this version (2.0108) or the new version trakaxPC Pro (3.0193)? Also what is spec of your computer. TrakAxPC has certain spec requirements in order to run correctly. You will see them on the download page. Thanks CB
Guys, Just downloaded the software. It looks quite powerful for DJ mixing, however my pc keeps freezing up. Any advice?

hey my dad is lookin for a software that can mix music like lets see we play a song then if he wants he cna mix the song wit a diff song in the middle,and iht doesnt look difficult to use can anyone awnser me asap plz!
